You will be required to attend a one day course on how to pull metal shoes. This course is designed to help practitioners pull metal shoes in a correct and professional manner. Non-farrier students must take this clinic before starting their first string of mentorships.
Through this course you will develop the skills and knowledge to;
• handle horses and hooves in order to remove a metal horseshoe.
• remove metal shoes in a confident and competent manner without damage to the existing hoof and hoof wall.
